Mission Teams Asking for Team Members
IMMIGRATION IMMERSION, TUCSON
The purpose of the mission is to learn more about migration and the crisis at the border from various perspectives, including: • Immigration Detection Centers • Arizona Justice For Our Neighbors (AZ-JFON) • Pema County Coroner’s Office.
We will be meeting with several agencies surrounding the Tucson community working with immigrants to participate in hands-on experiences, which might include: • The Inn of Southern Arizona • Humane Borders • Tucson Samaritans • San Xavier Mission.
We are planning to travel to Nogales in Sonora, Mexico, (passport required) looking at the economic and civil sectors of Nogales while visiting migrant shelters and services.
Expected arrival date is September 16, by early afternoon. Participants can expect the experience to conclude the afternoon of September 21.

2025 MISSION TRIP TO BELIZE
Are you ready for an adventure? Join Pastor Pat and Kim for a UMVIM Mission to Belize in February.
We will be working in Corozal, the most northern area of Belize (close to the Mexico border). It is our prayer that the Belize mission trip gives you the opportunity to interact with immigrants from neighboring countries—providing a truly unique experience as you serve alongside an eclectic mix of people from Latin American, Afro-Caribbean, and Mayan cultures.
Our projects will be construction-oriented with a focus on churches and schools, as well as serving the community, sharing children’s ministry and teaching valuable life skills. We will have the opportunity to work alongside community members and show God's love through serving with them.
The dates are February 1-8. The cost of the trip is approximately $3,000 per person. This includes airfare, lodging, most meals, project costs, ground transportation and other in-country expenses.
Please start praying now to discern if God is calling you to be a part of this mission team. This is a multi-generational, church-wide mission trip.
