Green Contact Lenses

So green contact lenses huh? Well why not? Let’s take a look at the pros, cons and some other facts all about them.

First off, there are going to be essentially two different kinds of contacts that you can get that will be green. Green tinted, and green theatrical contacts lenses, which will come in lots of different shades of green, as well as different designs and styles.

If you are going for a more natural look, then simply go with the green natural tints, which work even if you have brown eyes. If your eyes are very dark brown, you will probably have better luck just going with a dark theatrical green, and you don’t have to get any weird designs, just go with normal iris shaped, and leave the sclera white and they will come off more natural. It is of course easier to color your eyes if you have light eyes to begin with, but when people go for natural tints they usually have light brown, from what I’ve seen anyways.

If you want to get some funky green contacts then there are a lot of choose from. You can go with full green that will cover your entire eye, iris, pupil and sclera, cat eyes green or even dollar signs. Basically if you just like green and want to add an extra oomph to your style then you won’t run out of options.

Even if you don’t want a vision prescription for your new green contacts, remember that you will still need a basic prescription from your doctor basically saying, yes, they can wear contacts without any damage or complications. Instead of it having a power to correct your vision it’s basically just saying that you can wear contacts without any risk.
